Third in the series: Discovering District 8; Saigon, Vietnam District 8 is literally made up of small islands connected by bridges to each other and to the 'mainland' of Saigon. Is is quiet in some places, countryside in others, and busy and noisy in other areas. The water is always close by. An interesting, out of the way place to spend a day wandering around.
